This notice explains how The Oxford Flooring Specialists Ltd (company no. 16756991) uses the personal details you give us.

What we collect

When you contact us we collect the details you choose to send: your name, phone number, email, postcode and information about your job, including any photos.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, carry out and invoice the work, and keep records we're legally required to keep. We never sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Enquiries sent through this website are delivered to our email by Web3Forms, and the website is hosted by Netlify. We use Google Workspace for email. We only share details with others where needed to do your job (for example a supplier delivering your flooring) or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted after 12 months. Records of completed jobs are kept for 6 years for tax and warranty purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@oxfordflooringspecialists.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
