Stairs are where good carpet fitting really shows, and most of our recent jobs have been stairs and landings for homeowners around Oxfordshire:

Carpet tiles for offices & commercial spaces

Carpet tiles are ideal for offices, schools and other commercial buildings: hard-wearing, quick to fit and easy to replace if one gets damaged. We can work out of hours to keep disruption to a minimum. At Leading Edge Aviation at Oxford Airport we laid carpet tiles over the existing floors in their first-floor classrooms to stop chairs scraping during exams. We worked outside training hours, moving the furniture and trimming the doors ourselves.

Do you supply carpets?

Yes – we can supply carpet from our samples, or fit a carpet you've bought yourself.

Can you fit a carpet on stairs with a runner?

Yes – we fit full stair carpets and stair runners, bound or with rods.

Do you fit sisal and natural flooring?

Yes. We fit sisal, including bubble weave sisal, on stairs and landings. Natural fibres need careful handling and the right underlay and gripper, which we choose to suit each job.

Can you match a patterned carpet on stairs?

Yes. We set out stripes and patterns such as chevron so they line up on every step, which takes more time and care than a plain carpet.
